Refund Policy

At Ambiki we know that subscriptions and recurring purchases can surprise buyers and some subscriptions use sneaky tactics to lock in customers. Tactics to artificially force customer lock in, or force subscription renewal, are not in alignment with Ambiki's core values and guiding principals.

Ambiki will always email you a reminder in advance of your subscription renewal, offering you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the card on file is charged for the next month. Ambiki also allows you to suspend your account without payment for up to 90 days, while preserving your information so that you can reinstate your account quickly and easily.

As Ambiki offers you advance notice before charging your card and an opportunity to suspend your account, monthly subscriptions are not refundable after your card has been charged. Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time with a full refund of remaining months, a prorated portion of your annual subscription.

We also understand that life happens. If for any reason you were unable to cancel or suspend your subscription, or if you're simply not satisfied for any reason, please contact us by opening a support message to discuss.
