Sales Manager (Remote)

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating opportunities to build the sales pipeline, executing various product demos, nurturing relationships in the industry, and managing and maintaining the sales CRM. The day to day includes, but is not limited to, conducting outbound prospecting efforts, executing and documenting product demos, reporting on sales process, providing insights for product positioning based on customer needs, and staying engaged with leads to ultimately close deals. As a Saas product, the Sales Manager may also perform technical, onboarding, or related administrative tasks. This position may require travel, however this is on a flexible and reimbursed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue through Ambiki’s software products and subscription services.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Build rapport with contacts by providing resources and understand where the prospect is in the buying process.
  • Manage sales CRM platform to track leads, customers, lifecycle stages, deals, properties, and lists.
  • Record and investigate customer feedback while using your experience to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Actively gather and integrate customer feedback into the sales and development process,
  • Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the intended functionality and direction of product and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Lead contract negotiations with key clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Stay current with all updates and changes to Ambiki to effectively communicate product enhancements and benefits to potential customers/clients.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Possess a broad knowledge of speech, occupational and physical therapy in schools, clinics, teletherapy, and other provider environments such as doctor's offices and hospitals.
  • 2+ years of experience in a previous sales role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce) is not required but highly preferred.
  • Healthcare or Saas sales experience is desired but not required.
  • Experience managing a team is desired but not required.
