About
Hi!
I'm Rachel Gorman, a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and Founder of Every Mind Speech LLC, a boutique private practice serving NY and CT. I am a proponent of relationship-based, trauma-informed therapy and use my background and training in visual arts and dance to create engaging multisensory therapeutic experiences.
My clinical interests include gestalt language processing, assistive technologies, and motor speech disorders. Other special interests include advocacy and professional and parent coaching.
In addition to individual and group therapy, I enjoy parenting within a neurodiverse family, teaching community process art classes for neurodivergent communicators, and acting as a public school advocate and special services board member.
