An interactive powerpoint with jeopardy facts & myths about stuttering. This can be useful to provide education to school-age, adolescent, and adult clients who stutter. You can try to involve families or friends as well and break people into teams to make it more interactive and engaging, while also providing them with education.

Before you begin the game, it may be helpful to get a baseline by asking the client how much they know about stuttering on a scale of 1-5 or 1-10, where 1 = nothing at all and 5 or 10 = everything there is to know (you can adjust the language for these anchors as needed).

To use the powerpoint, present the slideshow and click on the point values ($200, $400, etc.) on the board to show each clue. Click on the "Answer" button to reveal the answer, then the Home button to go back to the board. You can keep track of points on a sheet of paper.

Click on Final Jeopardy to reveal the final clue. When you're finished, click the Next button to show some final reflection questions. These questions may help the client articulate what their goals are for therapy.
