New “Date Picker” in Day View (Schedule v2 Beta Admin)
We’ve added a date picker to the day view in the Schedule v2 Beta admin area, making it easier and faster to jump to any specific date.

🛠️ Improvement - Patient statements
👥 Audience: Admins / Billers

❗ Issue: Previously, copayments were not shown on patient statements if the ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) had not yet been received. This led to confusion and underreporting of the patient’s expected financial responsibility.

Patient statements have been updated to include copayment amounts in the Patient Responsibility column for dates of service where the copayment has been invoiced, even if the ERA is still pending. These entries are clearly labeled as “Pending ERA” to indicate that the amount may change once the ERA is processed—for example, if the deductible has been met or other insurance adjustments are applied.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed from users— new patient statements generated will now automatically reflect this update.

🛠️ Fix -  More Accurate Event Cancellations in Google Calendar Integration
👥 Audience: All users

❗ Issue: Previously, if a single occurrence of a recurring event was canceled, all occurrences in the series would be removed from Google Calendar. With this update, only the specific canceled occurrence will be removed, while the rest of the series remains intact.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed from users - all calendar events will now automatically reflect this update.
