Patient Statement Improvements
We’ve made several updates to patient statements based on your feedback:
We’ve made several updates to patient statements based on your feedback:
- Write-Off Section Restored: The write-off section is now visible again on printed statements. Previously removed due to formatting issues, it’s been brought back and the statement layout has been switched to landscape orientation to ensure everything fits cleanly.
- New Itemized Statement Option: You can now generate itemized statements where each invoice, payment, and write-off is its own line item—making it easier to support parent requests during tax season. We’ve also fixed the sorting order to be chronological by date.
- New Text Boxes for More Context: Edit the text of each service line to provide specific context per date or session. You can also include a summary or additional note at the bottom of the invoice to help clarify any details or provide overarching comments.
These updates aim to give families clearer, more complete statements, and give you more control over the information you share.
New Options for Handling Rejected Corrected Claims
Users now have the ability to move forward when a corrected 837P claim is rejected. You can choose to either:

Users now have the ability to move forward when a corrected 837P claim is rejected. You can choose to either:
- Create a brand new (non-corrected) claim
- Create a new corrected claim
This update gives you more flexibility and prevents you from getting stuck when a corrected claim doesn’t go through.
Visit Notes Record Center Export Enhancement
The Excel export for the Visit Notes record center now includes the Status field, giving you more information when reviewing or sharing your visit notes.
