  • ❗ Update: A DOS column has been added to invoices, allowing parents to easily identify the event associated with each invoice.
  • ✅ Action Steps: After logging into the patient portal click the Billing tab at the top and then scroll down to view invoices

  • 📢 What's new?: Adds the ability to filter by discharge reason and search by reason input on the Discharge dashboard.

  • ❗ Issue: Insurance Billing | A number of ERA's were attaching to the wrong treatment report. We have improved future matching between ERA remittances and treatment reports.
