  1. Patient Event Filtering
    We fixed an issue that prevented filtering events by patient. You can now seamlessly filter and view events for specific patients.

  2. New Fax Notifications
    Users in organizations with the manageOrgFaxes permission now receive notifications for incoming faxes sent to their organization. If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can turn them off in your notification settings.

  3. Calendar Time Zone Fix
    We resolved a calendar time zone issue that occurred when a user’s system time zone did not match the one in their Ambiki profile. Events and newly created event forms now display the correct date and time by default.

  4. Therapist Calendar Navigation
    In Schedule v2 Beta, clicking on the therapist’s name at the top of the calendar will take you directly to that therapist’s calendar, making navigation faster and easier.

  5. Patient Check-In Email Delivery
    We fixed a bug where users did not receive patient check-in emails even when settings were turned on. Your check-in emails will now be sent reliably.

  6. More Accurate Scheduling
    We improved the evaluation and event matching algorithm to handle date and time more precisely. This reduces potential mismatches and increases overall scheduling reliability.

  7. Correct Date of Birth on Superbills
    We fixed an issue where a patient’s date of birth was displayed incorrectly on Superbills. Patient DOB information is now accurate.

  8. Improved Age Calculation
    The age calculator on the patient profile now breaks down age by months, weeks, and days without rounding to the nearest month. This change provides a more exact age display.

  9. Patient’s Progress Tab Error Fix
    We resolved a scenario in the Patient’s Progress tab that caused an error when the current time went beyond the event’s end time. This tab now functions smoothly, regardless of time overlaps.

  10. Claim Correction Logic
    We updated the logic for handling claim corrections when diagnosis codes are not present. This prevents unnecessary errors and ensures the process flows correctly.

  11. Billing Code Selection for Old Treatment Reports
    If a treatment report service is an old record, the billing code select field now retains the originally selected value rather than defaulting to the first option.

  12. Improved Visit Note & Billing Matching
    We refined the visit note and billing matching algorithm for improved accuracy. If a visit note is signed but contains other validation errors, the system will display a clear message so you can correct the issue quickly.

  13. New Timeline Section
    We added a Timeline section at the bottom of the Treatment Report page. This section provides a chronological overview of all treatment report activities, such as invoicing and payments, for easy reference.

  14. ERAs Linked to Their Invoices
    Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) now appear under their associated invoices instead of being grouped at the bottom of the page. This helps you easily view and manage ERA details in context.
