We've improved the experience when linking an evaluation more than once in a Plan of Care. Now, a clear error message is provided if an evaluation is linked multiple times, and any data previously entered remains intact. This update ensures smoother handling and prevents data loss, allowing users to proceed without unexpected disruptions.
