Improved Automated ERA Matching
We’ve refined the logic for matching incoming Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to the correct organization. These enhancements help avoid import errors caused by multiple-organization data on a single ERA file and reduce the risk of sending PHI to the wrong organization.

SLP Credential Flexibility
You can now choose to display your SLP credential without the “CCC” designation if you prefer. This change provides greater control over how your credentials appear.

Organizational Invitation Acceptance Fix
A bug prevented new users from accepting multiple invitations from different organizations. All unexpired invitation links now work properly without requiring a re-send, ensuring a smoother onboarding process.

Enhanced Email Notifications
- Unique Identifiers: We’ve added a unique identifier to Ambiki email notifications, making it easier to group and recognize messages related to the same support ticket.
- Priority and Site Area: Where applicable, the message body now includes priority and site area details, giving you better context on each issue.
New Support Site Area Options
Two additional options—“Eligibility Verification” and “Medicaid Verification”—have been added to the Support message “Site area” dropdown, helping you classify and manage support tickets more accurately.
