Upload Various File Types to Patient Intake Documents

You can now upload JPG, PNG, TIFF, and Word documents—in addition to PDF files—when adding patient intake documents. This makes it easier to include different types of files and streamlines the document submission process.

Editable Claim Status in Treatment Reports

The "Claim Status" field in treatment reports is now editable. When you change the claim status manually, it will stay as you've set it, and future system updates won't modify it. This gives you more control over the status of your claims.

New Filters on Insurance Patients List

We've added new filtering options to the patients list on the Insurance page. You can now filter patients by "Primary," "Secondary," and toggle "Inactive" patients to hide them. This helps you quickly find the patients you're looking for.

Automatic Removal of Patients from Events When Mode Changes

When you change an event's mode to "Out-of-office" or "Other," patients are now automatically removed from the event. This prevents patients from being mistakenly included in events that don't involve them, ensuring your schedule stays accurate.

Include Deleted Payment Methods in Patient Invoice Filters

When filtering patient invoices by insurance, invoices associated with deleted patient payment methods are now included. This ensures you have a complete view of all relevant invoices, even if the payment methods have been deleted.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
