New Feature: You can now export patient progress data to Excel right from the Patient Profile → Progress tab.
Who Can Use It?
- All users, especially therapists looking for a more detailed view of patient progress.
How to Access:
- No setup required. Simply go to a patient’s Progress tab and click the green “Export to Excel” button in the top right.
What’s Included in the Export?

“Progress Data” Worksheet

Detailed Day-by-Day Breakdown: Includes Date of Service, Therapist, Discipline, Goal Type & Number, Goal Text, Therapy Activity, Prompting Levels & Types, Correct vs. Total Trials, and automatic % Accuracy when data is complete.

Summary Statistics: An average accuracy per goal across all activities is shown at the bottom, allowing you to quickly identify overall performance trends.
