Why a Patient Doesn’t Appear Under an Insurance Company


 

If a patient isn’t showing up in the insurance company dropdown, follow these steps to fix it:


  1. Go to the patient’s profile.
     
 

2. Click Actions > Edit > Treatability and Diagnosis.

3. Click on the button labeled Manage treatability status for the appropriate discipline.

4. Choose the appropriate treatability status from the list, then click Done.

5. Click Save Patient to update the patient’s profile.
 

  

Once the treatability status is set and saved, the patient will appear in the insurance company dropdown as expected.
