To to start your Teletherapy sessions & send a teletherapy session link to a patient/parent/legal guardian

Ensure that you are logged into Ambiki, have a scheduled Teletherapy event for the patient and for the date that you will conduct the event/session and that the event/session is assigned to you.

The therapist must have a scheduled Teletherapy event that is assigned to them.

If the therapist creates a Teletherapy event, that scheduled event/session is automatically assigned to them.

If an administrator or other teammate has created the teletherapy event, the admin/other teammate will need to ‘assign’ the event to the therapist that will be conducting the session.

To send a Teletherapy event/session link:

  • On the day of the scheduled teletherapy event/session, there are 2 ways to send a reminder to a patient/parent/legal guardian:

  • Go to the schedule calendar > click on the event > click on the ‘link icon’ > select ‘send’ to automatically send the link to the patient’s email or copy/paste the link to send to the patient.

Go to the Teletherapy Front desk > select ‘send’ to automatically send the link to the patient’s email or copy/paste the link to send to the patient.

To start the Teletherapy event/session:

On the day of the scheduled teletherapy event/session, there are 2 ways to start the event/session:

  • Go to the schedule calendar > click on the event > select ‘Start teletherapy session’

  • Go to the Teletherapy Front desk > select ‘Open’
