How to add and charge for cancellation and no-show fees  


 

To add a charge for a cancellation or no-show: 

  • Create an invoice. If you need guidance, please refer to our FAQ on creating a billing invoice here
 

 

 

  • Fill in all your invoice details as needed and in the invoice description field, simply type either ‘No-show fee’ or ‘Cancellation fee’, depending on the situation.  
 

 

Filling in the description of your invoice.
 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Click on the button labelled ‘Save Invoice’ to finish creating your invoice.
