🛠️ Fix: Caseload Removal Now Persists

 ❗ Issue: Removing all caseloads from a patient’s profile did not persist, leaving the patient still associated with previous caseloads.
 ✅ Action Steps: This has been fixed. Going forward, removing all caseloads will save correctly. If you previously attempted to remove a patient from all caseloads without success, please try again.


🛠️ Polish: Distinct “Sign” Button Color
