🛠️ Fix: Diagnosis Code History Captured on Evaluation Save
❗ Issue: It was possible that some Diagnosis code changes to a patient that occurred during the save of the evaluation wouldn't correctly apply the change to the history even though the change worked correctly. Going forward all changes will be recorded correctly.
🚀 New Feature: Streamlined Facility Service Billing (Q4 Roadmap Item)
👥 Audience: Therapists 🛠️ Steps to Access: Available directly from the schedule (no feature flags or permissions required) 📢 What's new?: Therapists can now bill for non-standard or facility-based services directly from the schedule, just like they do for visit notes or evaluations. The system will also auto-fill relevant details using information from the schedule event, helping reduce clicks and save valuable time - just click "Bill service" from the schedule event.
Note: Available for event types: IEP meeting, Observation, Meeting, Commuting, Supervision, Documentation, Other
For event types such as Therapy, Evaluation, Re-Evaluation, and Discharge, the option to bill from the schedule will only appear if the patient has previously been billed to a facility at least once. This helps prevent confusion for patients who are typically billed through insurance or private pay.

👥 Audience: Therapists 🛠️ Steps to Access: Billing a non-standard service entry from a visit note (Actions -> "Go to add non-standard service entry (facility billing)") 📢 What's new?: Additional data will be prefilled in the form if possible, making it more efficient for you to complete your billing of the service.
👥 Audience: Parents/Caregivers ❗ Issue: In some cases, parents and caregivers were unable to update a patient’s payment method in the Patient Portal if their organization did not have a Stripe account set up. ✅ Action Steps: None. The issue has been fixed.
