Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)

👩‍⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists

  • Signed-doc diagnosis codes now reflect the snapshot saved in the signed document—no drift from later chart edits.

  • Amendment signature links open the correct clinical document instead of a 404, streamlining review and sign-off.

🧑‍💼 Admins

  • Record integrity & auditability improved: diagnosis codes on signed docs pull from document data, not live objects.

  • Fewer support issues from broken amendment links; signatures route to the right document.

💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Claim accuracy benefits from stable diagnosis codes in signed documentation.

  • Smoother communication when following up on amended documents.

🛠️ Fix: Signed Documents Use Snapshot Diagnosis Codes

 👥 Audience: Everyone
❗ Issue: If an Evaluation, Plan of Care, Discharge..etc.. is signed, the smart component will now correctly pull the diagnosis code data from the document data, as opposed from the live object.

🛠️ Fix: Amendment Signature Links Redirect Correctly

 👥 Audience: All
❗ Issue: Signature request links for amendments were leading to a 404 page instead of the clinical document that was amended.
✅ Action Steps: None. Signature request links for amendments now correctly redirect to the corresponding clinical document page.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
