🛠️ Fix - View-Only Permission for School Plans


👥 Audience: Admins, Therapists

❗ Issue: The only school plan permission let a teammate manage every school plan; there was no way to let someone just view them.

✅ What's new?: A new "View school plans" permission lets you give a teammate view-and-download access to school plans without letting them create or edit.

✅ Action Steps: An admin adds the "View school plans" permission to the permission group (or person) who needs it.

🛠️ Fix - Payer Details Appear on Printed and Downloaded Invoices


👥 Audience: Practices that print or download invoices, especially those billing early intervention programs or other insurance payers

📅 Date range affected: since late January 2025

❗ Issue: The payer's name and address (who the invoice is billed to) were missing from the printed and PDF versions of invoices and consolidated invoices, even though they appeared on the live page.

✅ Action Steps: None for new invoices. If you need a previously downloaded invoice to show the payer, just print or download it again.

🛠️ Fix - Checkbox and Toggle Options Save Correctly


👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins

📅 Date range affected: Notes and forms filled in from late August 2026 onward

❗ Issue: Checkbox and toggle options that had no label, or a label made only of symbols or non-English characters, could not be saved or opened afterwards.

✅ Action Steps: None. Existing forms are updated for you.

🚀 New Feature - Scheduling Conflict Notifications


👥 Audience: Admins and schedulers, and therapists who schedule their own patients

🛠️ Steps to Access: Once this feature has been enabled for your organization, simply visit your schedule and add your appointments as usual.

📢 What's new?: When you schedule or edit an appointment, Ambiki now lets you know if the patient or therapist already has something on the calendar at that time. You can go back and choose another time, or continue if the overlap is intentional. These notifications apply to appointments scheduled for today or any future date.
