π New Feature - Mark invoices as uncollectible when payment is open
π₯ Audience: Users with permission createPatientInvoicePayment or manageOrgPatientInvoicePayments
π οΈ Steps to Access: The "Mark as uncollectible" button will be visible when creating a new payment for an invoice that already has open payments. It will also appear on the patient invoice payment show page when the payment has an "open" status.
π’ What's new?: Previously, an invoice could be marked as "uncollectible" only if the initial payment attempt failed and the payment processor (Stripe) was scheduled to retry the charge. We identified edge cases where a patient invoice payment had an "open" status, but the payment processor would not retry it. This new feature allows you to mark such invoices as "uncollectible" as long as they have an "open" status.

π New Feature - Use existing signed Plan of Care PDF when printing + manual regenerate option
π₯ Audience: Therapists, Admins
π οΈ Steps to Access: Any user that can invalidate a plan of care, can regenerate the signed document at bottom.
π’ What's new?: When a Plan of Care has already been signed and a signed PDF exists, clicking Print will now use that existing signed document instead of generating a new one each time. This prevents duplicate signed files and ensures the printed version always matches the most recently generated signed copy.
If you have permission to invalidate a Plan of Care, you can also manually regenerate the signed PDF from the bottom of the page. This is useful when underlying data (such as goals) has changed and a refreshed, officially signed document is needed.

π οΈ Polish - Clarified schedule lock helper text + admin delete fix

β Issue: Clarified helper text for the Schedule setting that controls locking past events: βThis setting determines how far back a past event on the therapist calendar can be edited before it becomes locked. Schedule administrators (users with the "Manage all Schedules for the Organization" permission) are not subject to this lock. Note: Events with one or more patients checked in cannot be edited.β. π οΈ Polish - Visit notes show only active POC goals + copy to clipboard

β Action Steps: No action needed. This update is live and ready to use.
