  • Therapists who belong to more than one organization will see permissions from the correct organization, and facility billing will only require a patient for direct therapy.

🚀 New Feature - Filter Teammate Permissions by Status


👥 Audience: Admins

🛠️ Steps to Access: Open a teammate's Permissions tab, click Filters, and use the new Status dropdown. Available to anyone who can already view that page.

📢 What's new?: You can now filter a teammate's permission list by whether they have the permission or not. Pick "Permitted" to see only what they can do today, or "Not permitted" to see everything they're missing, instead of scrolling the full list and checking each switch. The Type filter on this page now works as expected as well, it only offers choices that have something to show, and both the Permissions and Permission Groups tabs now tell you plainly when a filter matches nothing rather than showing an empty table.

🛠️ Fix - Permissions Reflect the Correct Organization


👥 Audience: Admins, Therapists

📅 Date range affected: Long standing, not tied to a particular date range.

❗ Issue: For teammates who belong to more than one organization, the permissions they had could sometimes reflect a different organization than the one they were working in.

✅ Action Steps: None.

🛠️ Fix - User Plan Assignments Display and Update Correctly


👥 Audience: Admins

❗ Issue: On the manage user plans screen, a teammate set up on two plans at once could be shown on either one of them from one visit to the next, and choosing a plan for them could take their access away instead of moving them onto it. Choosing a plan that could not be applied also left the list showing the wrong plan afterwards.

✅ Action Steps: None.

🛠️ Fix - Facility Billing Only Requires a Patient for Direct Therapy


👥 Audience: Therapists, Billers

❗ Issue: With the setting for facility billing turned on, meetings, prep time and paperwork also asked for a patient, even though the setting is meant for direct therapy only.

✅ Action Steps: None. Direct therapy still asks for a patient.
