Β β Issue: If clicking a link from an email or SMS to access a Patient Portal record, if the user was not logged in, they would be redirected to the staff login page instead of your organization's Patient Portal login page, causing confusion or frustration in accessing their records.
Β β Action Steps: No action needed. Links in your emails and text messages will now correctly direct you to your organization's Patient Portal login page when you need to sign in.
Β β Issue: If clicking a link from an email or SMS to access a Patient Portal record, if the user was not logged in, they would be redirected to the staff login page instead of your organization's Patient Portal login page, causing confusion or frustration in accessing their records.

Β β Issue: If a patient was updated outside of the typical patient edit form (such as uploading a patient document), the system would sometimes remove all of the patient's caseload assignments unintentionally.
Β β Action Steps: Any patients who were incorrectly removed from caseloads will need to be manually re-added by going to the patient's profile, clicking Edit, navigating to the Caseloads tab, and re-selecting the appropriate caseloads.
