πŸ› οΈ Polish: Patient Search Pre-Populates When Adding to Events

πŸ‘₯ Audience: All
❗ Issue: Patients weren't loading until 2 characters were typed when adding a patient to an event. Patients should now pre-populate as before.
Β βœ… Action Steps: Nothing

πŸ› οΈ Fix: Smart Component Date Minimums, Signature Size & Legacy POC Validation

πŸ‘₯ Audience: All
❗ Issue: Updating all smart component date fields to have common sense minimums. Updated the signature field output to not be too big. Also fixed an issue most wont ever experience where if you had an older plan of care without an area of intervention component and then you turn on the skilled intervention requirement, it would prevent you from saving because it can't validate a component that doesn't exist.

πŸ› οΈ Fix: Alerts Auto-Complete for Discipline, Eval, and Care Plan

πŸ‘₯ Audience: All
❗ Issue: Resolves an issue where the 'Patient has not been assigned to a discipline' alert was not automatically completing. We've also fixed an issue where the 'No active evaluation on file' and 'No active care plan on file' alerts were not completing for care plans and evaluations created for future dates.
Β βœ… Action Steps: No action needed.

πŸ› οΈ Fix: Correct Trial Status with Multiple Subscriptions

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins, Org Owners, and anyone managing subscriptions
Β πŸ“… Date range affected: Any time multiple subscriptions existed for a user
❗ Issue: Users were sometimes flagged as β€œtrialing” because the system checked all subscriptions tied to them, including old ones with leftover trial dates.
Β βœ… Action Steps: No action needed β€” logic now correctly uses only the org’s current, in-period subscription to determine trial status.

πŸš€ New Feature: Custom Patient ID Field + Export Support

πŸ‘₯ Audience: All
Β πŸ› οΈ Steps to Access: No steps needed.
Β πŸ“’ What's new?: For organizations that would like to add a custom patient id to a patient profile, this can now be added when creating a patient or in editing the patient's profile. Several excel exports have also been updated to show the patient id. If no custom ID is added, the Ambiki patient ID will show.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
