🛠️ Fix - Removed Teammates Can Be Invited Again


👥 Audience: Admins, invited teammates

📅 Date range affected: N/A

❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where teammates who were removed from an organization while they had an open invitation could get stuck — their old invitation link didn't work and they couldn't be invited again.

✅ Action Steps: To bring back a removed teammate, simply send them a new invitation from the Teammates page. Accepting it restores their access. Old invitation links from before a removal no longer work.

🚀 New Feature - Private-Pay Modifiers and Time-Based Claim Minutes


👥 Audience: Therapists, Billing/Admins

🛠️ Steps to Access: No setup required. Payment-method modifiers appear automatically for private-pay payment methods that have modifiers configured.

📢 What's new?: Modifiers set on a private-pay payment method now show on the treatment report and superbill alongside the other modifiers. Codes that are billed by time now show the number of minutes on claims and the claim detail page, separate from unit-based codes.

🛠️ Fix - Patient Statement Previews Load More Reliably


👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins (anyone creating patient statements)

❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where previewing a patient statement for a patient with a large amount of billing history could fail to load. Previews now generate more reliably, and if one can't be generated you're returned to the form with a clear message instead of getting stuck.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed. If a preview can't be generated, try a narrower date range or a different statement format, then preview again.
