❗ Change: The term “parent-friendly summary” has been updated to “session summary” across visit notes, session recordings, and the patient portal. This update removes limiting language and makes the feature more inclusive. Since many SLPs work with adult patients or non-parent caregivers (such as spouses, guardians, or other family members), the new wording better reflects real-world use and supports clearer, more appropriate sharing with both patients and caregivers.
