🚀 New Feature - Configure Box 33 billing provider identity by payer
👥 Audience: Admins, Billing Staff
🛠️ Steps to Access: 1) Ask Ambiki staff to turn on this feature for your organization. 2) Edit an insurance company → select billing provider identity for box 33
📢 What's new?: Practices can now configure specific payers to use an individual provider's name, NPI, and taxonomy code in Box 33 of CMS-1500 claims instead of the organization's. Three options are available: organization (default), rendering provider (therapist), or billing provider contact (practice owner). This supports payers that require individual billing provider identity. The organization address, phone number, and Tax ID remain unchanged.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
