π οΈ Fix - Goal status consistency + goal status history in Customize Goals Shown

β Issue: Goal statuses and default visibility could appear inconsistent between the document view and the βCustomize Goals Shownβ modal. In some cases, goals that were correctly displayed in the document were marked as βNot selected by default,β or goals reverted to Active due to legacy data inconsistencies. This was caused by relying on mutable goal fields and outdated default visibility logic instead of resolved goal status history. Added a chronological history of goal status changes that lives below the comment for the goal.
