  •  Goal date ranges on Plans of Care now display correctly, even when prior Plans of Care were invalidated or removed.

 ❗ Issue: Goal date ranges on plans of care could be calculated incorrectly when a previous plan of care had been invalidated or removed.
 ✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Goal date ranges will now display correctly.

🛠️ Fix - Patient portal invitation emails send correctly when preferred language is set

 👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
 📅 Date range affected: On or after April 20, 2026
 ❗ Issue: Patient portal invitation emails failed to send when the patient had a preferred language set.
 ✅ Action Steps: No action required. Any failed invitation emails can be resent from the patient's portal settings.

🛠️ Fix - Prepayment credit application no longer creates unexpected Stripe invoices

 👥 Audience: Admins
 📅 Date range affected: Since overpayment credit application was introduced
 ❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where applying a prepayment credit could create an unexpected Stripe invoice when the original prepayment was made by credit card.
 ✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Future credit applications will no longer trigger Stripe invoices.
