ย โ Issue: Some practices encountered the error โSupervisor relationship is missing on this service dateโ when submitting claims, even though the correct supervisor relationship was set up. This issue has now been resolved.
ย โ Action Steps: For any 837P claims that showed the โSupervisor relationship is missing on this service dateโ error, click Reload claim file to regenerate the file.

๐ ๏ธ Fix: Secondary Claims Marked Multi-Payer & Sequence Validation
๐ฅ Audience: Admins
ย โ Issue: Secondary electronic claims created after insurance company electronic submission was enabled will correctly be marked as Multi-payer claims. Additionally a consistency check to prevent claims with invalid sequences for non multi-payer claims has been added to prevent claim rejections.
ย โ Action Steps: For any 837P claims which have been rejected due to secondary claim issues, please click Reinvoice treatment on the Treatment report to reset the correct sequence.

ย ๐ข What's new?: Automatic superbill generation has arrived! This feature is available for private pay-only patients and will allow superbills to be generated for enrolled patients on the organization's chosen day of the following month. Organizations can decide to immediately send generated superbills to the patient portal or can require approval before superbills are available from the patient portal view.
