❗ Issue: When a facility invoice was printed with "Append signed visit notes to PDF", the attached visit notes could show an older version of the note that was missing the authorized signature.

✅ Action Steps: Generate the facility invoice PDF again to get the up to date visit notes.

🛠️ Fix - Treatment Reports No Longer Duplicate Sessions or Omit Export Records


👥 Audience: Billers, Admins

❗ Issue: When a session included more than one billing code, the treatment reports list and export could show that session more than once, and the copies were not always next to each other. Exports could also leave out records.

✅ Action Steps: None. Existing reports and exports are corrected automatically.

🚀 New Feature - Filter Treatment Report Services by Discipline and Export by CPT Code


👥 Audience: Billers, Admins

🛠️ Steps to Access: Treatment report services now has a Discipline filter. Treatment reports has a new "Export by CPT code" button.

📢 What's new?: You can now filter treatment report services by discipline, so you can pull a separate list for each therapy type. Separately, treatment reports has a new export that lists one line per billing code.

🛠️ Fix - Images in Comments and Messages Display Clearly


👥 Audience: All users

❗ Issue: Images added to comments or messages could look blurry after saving.

✅ Action Steps: None. Existing images sharpen automatically the next time the page is viewed.

🛠️ Fix - Clearer AI Feature Guidance on Professional Plan (Limited)


👥 Audience: Therapists on the Professional plan (limited)

❗ Issue: When writing a visit note on one of your practice's own forms, there was no way to tell which fields your practice had set up for Ambiki's AI features. The setting for automatically pulling therapy activities and trials out of your note text also looked available when it was not, and switching it on could show a message saying something went wrong.

✅ Action Steps: None. Your practice's forms all work exactly as before. Fields your practice set up for AI now show a marker explaining that those features come with the full Professional plan, the automatic extraction setting says the same thing rather than appearing available, and the misleading message is gone.
