Guardians/Patients: No direct changes.
🚀 New Feature - Include Signed Visit Notes in Facility Invoice PDFs
👥 Audience: Billers, Admins
🛠️ Steps to Access: When enabled, an org setting under Organization settings → EMR settings → Facility invoicing controls the default; each invoice's form also has a per-invoice override. We are rolling this feature out slowly, please contact Support if you are interested in using it.
📢 What's new?: When downloading a facility invoice as a PDF, you can now include the signed visit notes for the services on that invoice in the same PDF. The invoice pages come first, followed by each visit note ordered by date of service. There is a new setting on the organization page to turn this on by default, and a checkbox on each invoice that lets you change the choice for an individual invoice.
🛠️ Fix - Billing To-Do Assignments Now Save Reliably
👥 Audience: Admins, Billers
❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where assigning people to a billing to-do could occasionally fail if the Assign button was clicked more than once.
✅ Action Steps: None — assignments now save reliably.
🛠️ Fix - Offline Autosave Message Now Clears on Its Own
👥 Audience: Therapists (anyone using Offline autosave on forms)
❗ Issue: When clicking "Load most recent saved" before anything had been autosaved, a small message could appear stuck between the autosave buttons and would not go away until the page was reloaded.
✅ Action Steps: None — the message now appears briefly and clears on its own.
🛠️ Fix - Assign Patients to Sent Faxes
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
📅 Date range affected: All existing sent faxes
❗ Issue: Users were unable to assign a patient to a fax after it had been sent. The option to edit the fax was not available once the fax was transmitted.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Users with fax permissions will now see an Edit option on sent faxes and can assign a patient at any time.
🛠️ Fix - Patient Import Template Required Field Indicators
👥 Audience: Admins, Therapists
❗ Issue: The patient import template was missing required field indicators on the Active and Time zone columns, causing users to skip them and receive import errors.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Download a fresh copy of the patient import template to see the updated column headers.
🛠️ Fix - EDI 837P Submitted Date Filters Now Work Correctly
👥 Audience: Admins
📅 Date range affected: All
❗ Issue: Filtering the EDI 837Ps list by a single submitted date returned no results, even when records with that date existed.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Filters will now work correctly.
🛠️ Fix - Large 835 Remittance Imports Complete Faster
👥 Audience: Admins, Billing staff
📅 Date range affected: Ongoing, most noticeable for larger practices
❗ Issue: Importing large electronic remittance (835) files could be very slow.
✅ Action Steps: None — imports of large remittance files now complete much faster.
