👩⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists
- Evaluation forms now correctly show the discipline picker after it is added to a template in a later edit session.
- Custom-form text fields now display full text correctly on signed and printed documents, even when the text includes a less-than character followed by a letter.
🧑💼 Admins
- Custom form template updates now behave more reliably when discipline fields are added after the initial template setup.
- Signed and printed document views now accurately display saved text from custom-form fields.
💳 Billers / Guardians
- No direct billing changes, but printed and signed documentation will display more accurately.
🛠️ Fix - Discipline picker appears correctly after template edits

🛠️ Fix - Custom form text displays fully on signed and printed documents
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
📅 Date range affected: Any Plan of Care, evaluation, or other custom-form document where a text or text-area field contained a "less-than" character followed by a letter (e.g. when a clinician typed something like "performed at < peer level"). Earlier documents that look truncated on the signed/printed view can be reopened to see the full text; nothing was actually lost.
❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where some saved text in custom-form text fields was not appearing on the signed or printed view of a document, even though it was still visible when editing.
✅ Action Steps: No action required. Affected documents will display the full text the next time they're viewed.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
