Enhancements to the Patient "Payments" tab
- Improved Navigation: The "Payment" tab has been redesigned for better usability, featuring a consistent layout with tabs organized on the left-hand side, similar to the "Overview" tab. You can now quickly see the number of items or documents available in each tab, as indicated by the numbers in parentheses next to the tab titles.
Patient Invoice Enhancements
- Expanded Export Options: The "Export to Excel" function on patient invoices now includes additional columns for "Patient Responsibility" and "Not Covered" amounts, providing a more comprehensive breakdown of charges.
Universal Search Upgrade
- Enhanced Search Functionality: The top navigation search feature has been improved for logged-in users. It now supports searching across patients, practices, providers, and insurance companies, making it quicker and easier to find the information you need.
Payment Application Improvements
- Smart Payment Redirection: When using the "Apply Payment" button on the patient ledger, our system now intelligently redirects to any existing invoice with a remaining balance. This enhancement eliminates the need to manually create a new invoice, streamlining the payment process.
