Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)
👩⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists
- Therapists using the custom form editor will only see the Visit note document type when custom form visit notes are turned on for their practice.
🧑💼 Admins
- Admins will see the correct document type options in the custom form editor, and the Documents needing attention panel will load normally for larger practices.
💳 Billers / Guardians
- No direct changes.
🛠️ Fix - Visit Note Option Only Appears When Enabled
👥 Audience: Therapists and Admins who use the custom form editor
📅 Date range affected: Since custom form visit notes were introduced
❗ Issue: "Visit note" could appear as a document type choice when building a custom form, for practices that do not have custom form visit notes turned on. Choosing it created a form that then could not be found or opened again.
✅ Action Steps: None. The choice no longer appears unless the feature is turned on for your practice.
🛠️ Fix - Documents Needing Attention Panel Loads Normally
👥 Audience: Admins
❗ Issue: The "Documents needing attention" panel on the Clinical Documentation dashboard could keep loading without ever displaying for larger practices.
✅ Action Steps: None. The panel now loads normally.
