β Issue: Superbill PDF's were showing in columns and information was getting cut off. Reloaded PDF's will now show correctly
β Action Steps: Any PDF's that are rendering incorrectly, navigate to the superbill and click Actions > Reload PDF. The newly loaded PDF should have the proper layout
