👩‍⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists

  • You can now filter the Patients page to show only your caseload(s), and pick a specific caseload if you have more than one.

🧑‍💼 Admins

  • Medicaid billing now supports the EPSDT indicator via a new checkbox on the patient payment method, applying to both 837P and CMS-1500 when selected.

  • Caseload filtering improvements help therapists and admins find the right patient lists faster.

💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Billers: More accurate Medicaid claim marking with EPSDT indicator support (when applicable).

  • Guardians/Patients: No direct changes.

🛠️ Polish - Filter Patients page by your caseload(s)

👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
❗ Issue: Therapists will now have the option to filter by their caseload on the patients page. Furthermore if they have more than one caseload they are able to use the caseload drop down (after saving the filter "Show only your caseloads") to choose a specific caseload.
✅ Action Steps: Patients > Filters > Show only your caseloads

🚀 New Feature - Medicaid EPSDT billing indicator checkbox on payment methods

👥 Audience: Admins
🛠️ Steps to Access: Patient profile, payment methods
📢 What's new?: A new checkbox has been added to the patient payment method which controls the EPSDT indicator when billing insurance. Both the 837P and CMS-1500 forms will be marked appropriately when this is selected. This checkbox will not have an effect for patients older than age 21, as the program has specific age requirements.
