🛠️ Polish - Waitlist time and referral sorting uses most recent referral date

❗ Issue: Waitlist time waiting now takes into account most recent referral date. As well, sorting by referral date for pending patients also now takes into account the most recent referral date and sorts with that time frame instead.
✅ Action Steps: None

🛠️ Fix - Delay submission hour option required for treatment report delay

👥 Audience: Admins
📅 Date range affected: November 12 - December 17
❗ Issue: When choosing delay submission for organization settings an hour option wasn't clicked for how long the delay should be. Some treatment reports may not have gone out on delay if an hour option was not chosen.
✅ Action Steps: Double check organization settings if you have chosen the delay submission option to make sure an hour delay has been selected. Choose one if none are selected.

🛠️ Update - increase patient document export bundle limit from 15 to 100

👥 Audience: All
❗ Issue: Patient document PDF exports were previously limited to 15 documents per export, which made it difficult to fulfill common records requests.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. You can immediately export larger document bundles as needed.

🛠️ Polish - Signature request page shows patient + document date

❗ Issue: The signature request page will now include the associated patient of the document needing signature and the date of the document by type for better signature request management.

🛠️ Fix - Patient message notifications work when sender has test guardian/patient account

❗ Issue: Fixes an issue where if a user sending a patient message also had a test legal guardian or patient account, the message would not notify the legal guardians for the patient.
