- Evaluations record center now supports filtering by diagnosis code.
💳 Billers / Guardians

🚀 New Feature - Tenalog™ status + one-click audio extraction on teletherapy recordings
👥 Audience: Therapists
🛠️ Steps to Access: Users with viewTeletherapySessionRecordingsOwn or
viewTeletherapySessionRecordings permissions
📢 What's new?:
Tenalog™ status now shows whether processing is complete, in progress, or
failed from the teletherapy session recordings page.
Clicking "Run Tenalog™" on recordings without audio will automatically
extract audio from video first before running Tenalog™
Clear status indicators when audio extraction is pending, in progress, failed, or exhausted (max 2 attempts)
Legacy recordings can now have audio extracted and converted to Tenalog™ in one click

🛠️ Fix - Prevent ERAs from attaching to the wrong invoice when invoice does not yet exist
👥 Audience: Admin
❗ Issue: When an ERA is received for a payer that does not yet have a corresponding invoice, the system could mistakenly attach the payment to a different existing invoice for the same patient/date of service. These ERAs will now be marked as unmatched (Invoice not found), allowing admins to manually match the payment once the correct invoice is created.

🚀 New Feature - Optional co-signatures for Visit Notes (available by request)
This feature is available by request only. Please contact Ambiki support if you would like it enabled for your organization.
👥 Audience: Organization Admins & Supervising Clinicians (CCC-SLP, OTR/L, PT)
🛠️ Steps to Access:
Organization Admin enables the feature in Organization Settings → Co-signature settings and accepts the acknowledgement
Each supervising clinician opts in via User Settings → Co-signature settings and accepts the acknowledgement
📢 What's new?: Supervising clinicians can now choose to skip co-signing routine visit notes from their supervisees (CF-SLPs, SLPAs, COTAs, PTAs) while still having their NPI used for billing. This reduces administrative burden without changing how services are billed.
Key points:
Supervisors must individually opt in — this is not automatic
Evaluations, Plans of Care, and Discharge summaries still require co-signatures
Supervisors can opt out at any time to restore co-signature requirements
Both the organization and the supervisor must acknowledge before enabling
Visit notes created prior to opting in will still require a co-signature

🚀 New Feature - Ledger start date
👥 Audience: Admins
🛠️ Steps to Access: Edit Organization -> EMR Settings -> Accounting and ledgers
📢 What's new?: You can now set a Ledger start date for your organization to control where financial calculations begin. This lets you exclude older historical data that may be incomplete or inaccurate, so balances, aging reports, and financial statements reflect a clean, trusted starting point. Transactions before this date are clearly labeled as occurring prior to the ledger start date, helping teams avoid confusion and rely on more accurate financial reporting going forward. This setting only affects ledgers and does not impact other areas of the site, such as patient statements, treatment reports, invoices, or payment records.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
