Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)
👩⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists
- Therapists can open, print, and edit affected older assessments, will see consistent name formatting in spreadsheet exports, and will have accurate unread notification counts after patient check-ins are cleared.
🧑💼 Admins
- Admins will see consistent name formatting across spreadsheet exports, with additional patient name columns available when needed.
💳 Billers / Guardians
-
Billers: Exported spreadsheets now use consistent name formatting, making files easier to compare or combine.
-
Guardians/Patients: No direct changes.
🛠️ Fix - Older CELF and OWLS Assessments Open Correctly
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
📅 Date range affected: Some older CELF-4, CELF-5 and OWLS-2 assessments
❗ Issue: Some older CELF-4, CELF-5 and OWLS-2 assessments could not be opened, printed or edited.
✅ Action Steps: None.
🛠️ Fix - Names Are Consistent Across Spreadsheet Exports
👥 Audience: Admins, Billers, Therapists
❗ Issue: Names in exported spreadsheets were formatted differently depending on which page you exported from, which made it hard to compare or combine files.
✅ Action Steps: None. All exported spreadsheets now show names the same way: last name first (for example, "Smith, Anna"). The Patients export also has optional separate Last Name, Middle Name, and First Name columns you can turn on from the column picker. The Teletherapy call details page now has its own Export to Excel button. When several patients share a cell, they are separated with semicolons.
🛠️ Fix - Notification Bell Count Updates After Patient Check-Ins Are Cleared
👥 Audience: Therapists
📅 Date range affected: January 16, 2026 until this release
❗ Issue: After a patient check-in was cleared, its notification could stay counted in the notification bell, so the bell could show more unread notifications than the list.
✅ Action Steps: None.
