❗ Issue: For a small number of people, depending on the network or company equipment their internet traffic passes through, pages and file downloads would not load.

✅ Action Steps: None. Anyone affected can simply use Ambiki as normal.

🛠️ Fix - Ages Under 3 Show Years and Months on Documents


👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins

❗ Issue: A young child's age on evaluation reports and other document headers was shown in whole years only, which was not precise enough for children under 3.

✅ Action Steps: None. Ages now show years and months, for example "1 year, 11 months old".

🛠️ Fix - Clearer Claim Errors and Correct Secondary Claim Statuses


👥 Audience: Billers, Admins

❗ Issue: When a claim could not be sent to the clearinghouse, the message shown on the claim was unclear. It now explains what happened and what to do next. We also fixed an issue where some secondary claims stayed in an error state after the primary payer's payment was received.

✅ Action Steps: None.

🛠️ Fix - Physician Orders Save with Shared Diagnosis Codes Across Disciplines


👥 Audience: Therapists and admins who create physician orders

❗ Issue: Creating or editing a physician order could fail when the same diagnosis code was added to more than one of the order's disciplines.

✅ Action Steps: None. Orders that could not be saved can now be created again.
