Teletherapy Session Recording
Teletherapy Session Recording allows therapists to capture a video of their Teletherapy session for documentation. Recordings can be downloaded and uploaded to the patient’s profile as needed. This feature is fully controlled by the therapist and can be started, paused, or stopped at any time during the session.
How to use Teletherapy Session Recording?
To start a Teletherapy session recording:
- Click on the ‘Record’ button at the bottom of your screen.
To stop or pause a Teletherapy session recording:
- Ensure that you are in a Teletherapy session
- Click on ‘Stop’ or ‘Pause’ at the bottom of your screen.
To locate your Teletherapy session recording:
- Select ‘Schedule’ on the left navigation bar
- Click on your Teletherapy scheduled event
- Select ‘View session details’
To view your Teletherapy session recording:
- Click Download Video
To add this Teletherapy session recording:
- First download the video
- Go back to the Schedule
- Click on your Teletherapy scheduled event
- Click on the patient’s name to go directly to that patient’s profile
- From the patient profile select ‘Upload files’ on the left side
- Select ‘+ Upload a file’ at the top right
- Upload and Save file
