Teletherapy session Notes 


Therapists can take Notes during Teletherapy sessions with options to save the note for individual patients or all patients. 


How do I take notes during a Teletherapy session? 

To add notes: 

  • Click on Notes at the bottom of the screen. 
     
  • Select patient name or all 
     
  • Type in notes 
     
  • Click Save at the bottom left

How do I locate the notes I've written during my session?  

Notes you've taken during your Teletherapy session will be accessible on the Schedule calendar’s scheduled event. 

  • Select 'Schedule' from the left side navigation bar  
     
  • Click on your scheduled teletherapy session 
     
  • Click 'View session details' to access the notes and session activity 
     
The session details page displays call times, notes, recordings and event details from the session.​ 

​You can copy and paste whatever notes you’ve taken into your clinical documentation.

 Can I save multiple notes during the session? 
Yes! You can continuously take data and save notes by typing in the notes section and hitting enter. Each time you click enter your note will disappear, but everything you have saved will be found in one place after the session.
