Teletherapy session Notes 


Therapists can take Notes during Teletherapy sessions with options to save the note for individual patients or all patients. 


How do I take notes during a Teletherapy session? 


To add notes: 


  • Click on Notes at the bottom of the screen. 

  • Select patient name or all 
     
  • Type in note 
     
  • Click Save at the bottom left of the note

How do I locate the notes I've written during my session?  


Notes you've taken during your Teletherapy session will be accessible on the Schedule calendar’s scheduled event and are listed for the day of the Teletherapy session in the Teletherapy Front Desk 

  • Select 'Schedule' from the left side navigation bar  
     
  • Click on your scheduled teletherapy session 
     
  • Click 'View session details' to access the notes and session activity 
     
  • The session details page displays call times, notes, recordings and event details from the session.​ 

  • ​You can copy and paste the notes that you have taken into your clinical documentation.

 Can I save multiple notes during the session? 

Yes. You can continuously write notes by typing in the notes section and click "Save" to save your notes. Each time you click save your note will disappear from the text area, but everything you have saved will be found in the Front desk > Session details page after the session.
