How to Remove All Permissions From a Teammate Within Your Organization
When a therapist leaves an organization, you can remove all of their permissions, so that they no longer have access to your organization.
To remove all permissions from a teammate within your organization follow these 3 steps:
Step 1:
Organization Menu > Click on Teammates

Step 2:
You will see a list of Existing Teammates, click on the teammate whose permissions you are seeking to remove:

Step 3:
Under the red Danger zone line, click, Remove All Permissions

Note: You can also remove the teammate's account from your organization by selecting Remove account from Organization at the bottom right. However, this is not recommended.
Rather than removing a teammate from your organization, strip their permissions and switch them to the Basic plan. Deleting the account can sever the links to every record that teammate ever touched, leaving those items locked or incomplete. (You can still choose “Remove account from Organization” later if absolutely necessary—just wait until final payroll is complete and keep in mind that deleting an account from your organization severs its record links.)
