Infinity Mirroring in Teletherapy

During Screen Share, if you share the teletherapy window as part of the screenshare, it will create an infinity mirror effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infinity_mirror).

  • To avoid that, make sure your teletherapy screen isn't part of the screenshare. If using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, select the "Chrome Tab" or “Microsoft Edge Tab” (instead of selecting "Your Entire Screen").

    • Selecting "Chrome Tab" or “Microsoft Edge Tab” you will only share that specific tab. If you are sharing something in another application (i.e. Adobe Acrobat) then you could select "Window".

  • If you do select "Window" when sharing something from Chrome, it will show whichever tab is currently in the forefront of that application (so for Chrome, as you switch between teletherapy and the tab you want to share, you'll still run into this issue if you are on the teletherapy tab).
