How to Regenerate a Signed Evaluation PDF

Last updated: January 28, 2026

What does Regenerate signed pdf do?

It creates a fresh copy of the PDF version of a signed evaluation. This is useful if the PDF needs to be refreshed, while keeping the evaluation itself exactly the same.

When should I use this?

Use it when you need an updated PDF copy of a signed evaluation. For example, if the PDF isn’t displaying correctly or you need a newly generated version to download/print/share.

Does this change my evaluation or remove signatures?

No. Regenerating the signed PDF:

  • Keeps all evaluation information the same

  • Keeps signatures intact

  • Does not invalidate the evaluation

It only refreshes the PDF file.

Who can regenerate a signed evaluation PDF?

Only users with the right permissions can do this. If you don’t see the option, you likely don’t have access.

Can I regenerate PDFs for any evaluation?

Not all of them:

  • ✅ Works for signed and locked evaluations

  • ✅ Works for evaluations created in Ambiki

  • ❌ Does not work for evaluations that were uploaded from outside Ambiki
