Clicking on the print icon.

3. A print-friendly view opens in a new tab, and your browser’s print dialog opens automatically for you to print

Print-friendly view of the schedule.

What will the printed Schedule look like?

The print view is a clean, print-optimized page (no side menus or extra app navigation). It shows your schedule grouped by day in a simple table format.

Can I print different Schedule views (day, week, month)?

Yes. Printing supports day, week, and month views, using the date range for whatever view you’re currently on.

Will it keep my calendar filters?

Yes. If you have filters applied on your schedule (for example, showing only certain calendars), the print view preserves those active filters.

What details are included for each event?

The print view can show:

  • Event time

  • Event title

  • Type

  • Location

  • Patient names (based on your access)

Events are sorted in time order within each day.

How are canceled events shown?

Canceled events appear with strikethrough styling, so it’s clear they were canceled.

Does it respect time zones and permissions?

Yes:

  • It respects your timezone

  • It respects patient read permissions (you’ll only see patient details you’re allowed to see)

Will it print cleanly across pages?

Yes. The print view includes page break handling to help avoid splitting a single day’s schedule across pages.
