How does a patient join a teletherapy session? 

Click on the therapy event session link from the email event reminder or enter the session link that the therapist manually sent. 

 

 

 

 

Click Join session 

Type in or record name > clicks Send 

 

 

 

Patient is now waiting for the therapist to admit them into the session and will view one of these messages. 

   

 

 

After the therapist admits the patient to the session > Click Join Audio or Cancel
