What can I do in the Schedule?
The Schedule includes:
View your calendar in monthly, weekly, or daily formats
Hide weekends for a clearer view of active workdays

Modes of Events
In-person - The therapist and patient meet physically in the same location.
Teletherapy - Services are delivered remotely.
Out of Office - Therapist is unavailable (PTO, vacation, training, etc.).
Other - Used for custom activities.
Event Types
Evaluation – Initial assessment
Re-evaluation – Follow-up assessment
Therapy – Ongoing intervention
IEP Meeting – Educational planning meeting
Observation – Therapist observes client
Discharge – Final session
PTO / Vacation / Sick – Time off
Meeting – Administrative meeting
How do I create a single event?
Step 1: Open the Schedule From the left navigation menu, click Schedule.
Open the Schedule
Step 2: Click New Event In the top-right corner of the Schedule page, click New Event or click on any date & time on your calendar.

Step 3: Enter event details & Save
Enter the event details:
Choose the event mode
Select the event type
Add a title (optional)
Select the event date
Select the start time
Enter the event duration
Select the location (optional)
Select the patient
Select "Does not repeat"under Recurring
Enter event details
Step 4: Click Save Click Save at the bottom right to create the event

Your event will now appear on the schedule calendar.
How do I create a recurring event?
Step 1: Open the Schedule Click Schedule in the left navigation.
Open the Schedule
Step 2: Click New Event Click New Event in the top-right corner or click on any date & time on your calendar.
